Stark County Ohio is representative of a shared American history of the Industrial Revolution after the Civil War.

While the growth of the steel industry flourished throughout the Great Lakes and Eastern states, Stark County became the pinnacle of quality steel product that supported World Wars & Conflicts, the rise of the automobile industry and the seat of innovation for steel-dependent products.

Stark Men of Steel provides an inside look at how the steel industry started and transformed the lives of many. There is little doubt that the growth of the US economy and the space program would not have been possible without the steel industry and the workers who provided their labor and continuous innovation in the process of supporting transportation, building skyscrapers and factories, modernizing farming, and leading the world in steel know-how.
